So...I should have a review up today, as I have a nice stack of review books waiting for me to get to them and/or finish them. Unfortunately, I just haven't been reading as much lately. I guess it's a combination of my freelance editing business and the craziness of life lately.

I do have some great books I'm either currently reading or hoping to read soon... I thought I could give you a peek at my pile, and you can share what you're reading, if you like. =)

I believe it was Juju of Tales of Whimsy who first brought this book to my attention. It's been on my radar for a while, and I finally couldn't resist purchasing it when I saw the mass market paperback edition for $3.20 on Amazon (bargain price), with free Amazon Prime 2-day shipping. The book actually came in one day, and I simply had to start it right away. So far it's been witty and interesting and fun, and as a big fan of Twitter, I'm enjoying myself. I'm not quite halfway through, and I'm hoping I'll like the rest of the story! (This isn't Christian fiction, so please note that there is a bit of language and some innuendos.)

I'm scheduled to review this one on my personal blog on October 24th for Litfuse Publicity. I loved the first two books in this series, and I've definitely been anxious to find out how this story ends! I'm about a quarter of the way through (although I confess to peeking ahead some), and it's good so far.

Here are some other books I'm hoping to read all the way through soon...

You can find more of my books (and chat with me about them) on Goodreads and Shelfari. Believe me, I have plenty to talk about/review/anticipate!

  2. Lisa,

Cool! How are you liking it? I haven't read any of her books yet, although I have Wings of a Dream in my TBR box. :)

Thanks for sharing, so that my question didn't get swallowed in oblivion! ;)
