Cathy jerked the steering wheel to the right and jammed the brake pedal to the floor Her Toyota Corolla rocked as though flicked by a giant hand before it spun off the narrow country road and hurtled toward the ditch and the peach orchard beyond it.

  1. This sounds exciting! Just went and read the recommendations, and I was familiar with just about all the authors. (Austin goes to my church.) Congrats on getting published.

BTW, I liked the phrase "freeze-frame slow motion."

  2. That phrase creates a very vivid picture, doesn't it? I knew exactly what Dr. Mabry was talking about.

    Thanks for stopping by today!

  3. Having worked in the Medical field I love reading books with a medical theme. I would love to win this book. Thank you so much for the opportunity!

    Smiles & Blessings,
    Cindy W.
