Christmas Under Western Skies by Anna Schmidt and Linda Ford
.
A PRAIRIE FAMILY CHRISTMAS by Anna Schmidt

A thriving homestead in South Dakota Territory is Julianne Cooper's dearest wish. Can the war-weary chaplain she rescues from a snowstorm help her reach it? Nathan Cook insists he's only passing through, but the lovely widow and her children have him dreaming of a lifetime of Christmases together.

A COWBOY'S CHRISTMAS by Linda Ford

Just until Christmas—that's how long rancher Derek Adams needs a nanny for his young sister. Winnie Lockwood knows it's a mistake to get too attached. Yet little Kathy's sweet smiles undo her best intentions. And Winnie can't help but pray she's found a home for the holidays…and forever.

Creative Cooking for Simple Elegance by Angela Breidenbach ~ Creative, gorgeous, elegant recipes to make inexpensive meals by a Weight Watcher Leader/Ambassador. Includes notations for Celiac, IBD (Colitis, Crohn's, IBD), and Weight Loss. Full color photos for each dish including some step-by-step photos. Luscious uses for left overs, special Christmas treats, international flavors mixed with great American style made with easily found ingredients. Food that tastes like it's been handed down for generations (well, some recipes have.) Try Swedish Pancakes, Quick & Easy Eggdrop Soup, Bruchetta Ensalada, Sweet Potato & Apple Streusel, Mexican Lasagna, Blooming Chicken Savories, and Grandma Bigelow's Orange Rolls. Just don't forget to make the Caramel Corn for your Christmas gifts, if you can get it out of the house!

Winners will be announced on Saturday, 12/4/10.

  5. Both books sound awesome. I love the Love Inspired line of books and I am crazy about cookbooks. Creative Cooking for Simple Elegance sounds like a cookbook that I could really use. I am a Weight Watcher so the fact that a Weight Watcher leader/ambassador created this book makes it more enticing. Thank you for the chance to win a copy!

    Smiles,
    Cindy W.
